Augusta Aussies, LLC ("Augusta Aussies," "we," "our") operates augustaaussies.com and the Augusta Aussies member portal from the Greater Augusta Area, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because our practices are simple: we collect what the program needs, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
If you accept cookies on our site, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find us and which pages they view. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and your choice is remembered. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, maintains standard server logs and privacy-focused aggregate traffic counts that do not identify you.
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, review applications, manage placements and the member experience, send updates you have requested, process payments, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. That is the complete list.

We share information only with the service providers that make the website and program run: Google (analytics), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure member portal data), and our email and text-message providers. Each receives only what its function requires. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
We keep application and placement records for as long as needed to support our program and the dogs we place, which includes our commitment of support beyond placement. You may request deletion at any time, as described below.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Placement applications may only be submitted by adults.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@augustaaussies.com and we will respond within 30 days. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live.
Member portal access is protected by secure login, role-based permissions, and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we ask families to show our dogs.
If our practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
